Hi, my name is Jim Moushey and I am the Head of Logistics and Product service for CAROL fitness bikes. We are the manufacturer and distributor of our own equipment. www.carolbike.com. One of my bikes is having an electrical issue which is under warranty. The unit is currently located at my customer’s home at the address listed on the ticket.
The tablet is not charging when it is seated in its charging cradle. We believe it is related to the upper wiring loom being pinched and/or the upper charging board. An initial diagnosis was performed by my engineers and the parts for this repair have been sent to this location (upper wiring loom, charging board, lower wiring loom, motor board, and pin board). My engineers would like to be in communication with your tech when they are site to walk through the diagnostic and repair steps (bilingual engineers). I also have videos of the repair I will share post confirmation.
